The Annual Show will take place on Sunday 21 July 2024 at The Civic Theatre, Chelmsford

Sunday 21st July 2024 Rehearsal schedule
All groups should arrive promptly.
Boys Group
- 11.15, arrive & register at Cramphorn side door
- 11.30, dress rehearsal on stage
- 12.00, collect from Cramphorn side door & return at 6.00pm for the evening performance
Following their performance the boys will be escorted to find their parents in the auditorium to watch the rest of the show. Parents will need to purchase a ticket for them.
Dance Inclusion
- 11.30, arrive & register with Helen at Cramphorn side door
- 11.45, dress rehearsal on stage
- 12.15, collect from Cramphorn side door & return at 6.00pm for the evening performance
Following their performance they will join their parent or carer in the audience & watch the rest of the show
Chelmsford Junior Performing Group & all grade class work
- 1.00, arrive & register at Cramphorn side door with all costumes & hair in French plaits or slick pony tail.
- 1.15, dress rehearsal on stage
- 3.00, return to Cramphorn to prepare for the show.
- 5.30, parents collect from Cramphorn side door, all students must be signed out by their teacher
Afternoon Performance

3.30pm, Junior performing group and Grade class work. Larkrise Dance Club, Bharatanatyam Indian Dance Group plus a few Call 1 and 2 numbers.
- 5.30pm, parents collect from Cramphorn side door. Please be patient. As soon as the member of staff signs your child out and over to you, you are free to go. This will need co-operation and patience from everybody. It is for the protection of your child.
Evening Performance
- 6.30pm, Call 1 and 2, Boys Group, Dance Inclusion
